[TENE-774] Error when processing objects from museumcyfrowe.pl

Konrad Pawlikowski requested to merge fix/TENE-774 into develop

regexp has been modified so that it is no longer required that the redirect link contain parameters separated by an ampersand. The digital museum's dLibra creates such links : "https://glam.uni.wroc.pl/index.php?s=MUWR_MUWR_778_62544", which is correct, before the current change in the code this link did not pass the regexp hence it was showing an exception
