[TENE-889] Provide Solr Metrics

Konrad Pawlikowski requested to merge feature/TENE-889 into master

Helm chart version has been bumped to 7.5.0, allowing the Prometheus exporter to be available at the path /opt/bitnami/solr/prometheus-exporter. The startup script has been modified to launch the exporter, which will run concurrently with the Solr process itself. A Service has been added to handle the exposed metrics.
