TENE-60 Scope Vaadin class lookup

Piotr Tylczyński requested to merge TENE-60 into develop

This MR change scope of lookup of Vaadin. So far Vaadin try to lookup everything he can, also classes from external packages as Hibernate. This is wrong, thus changed to lookup only in UI package.

All changes defaults us to put UI in UI folder. If in future other components than Source-Manager will get their own UIs then we should do this same to them
