[TENE-299] As admin I want to perform operations on a single record

ReprocessingExecutor can now also process a single record. created RecordsService which is used in removing record functionality Added 2 new dialogs:

  • confirmation dialog with one button
  • RecordOperationDialog which handles reprocessing or removing record
