Added abstraction for user notification, handled xsd donwloading for dLibra sources, added xsd update button for dLibra sources, refactored SheduledHarvestingExecutor - replaced repository dependency with service, added necessary translations, updated database with new migration

Added mail-service mail service with jasypt encryptor has been injected directly into dace project. Added basic thymeleaf template
