[TENE-260] Solr should include the name of the institution from which the record originated

Konrad Pawlikowski requested to merge feature/TENE-260 into develop

Taken from sourceNameParameterCreator(which previously exists), applied changes to BSA and FBC mappings. Fixed fbc2dlibrasolr, previously there was a field 'techInternalId', which does not match current solr schema. changed field name to 'fbc_sourceName'
