[TENE-524] The status of the Harvest is always Success even though the harvest has not ended

Konrad Pawlikowski requested to merge feature/TENE-524 into develop

A solution has been created, which at this point only is implemented in OAI. Ultimately, if the solution is adopted, each harvester will have to count the number of initial records and store them in the database
