[TENE-663] Records do not have bodies

Konrad Pawlikowski requested to merge fix/TENE-663 into develop

This MR should fix the problem of missing record bodies in the source schema. Support for the problem of missing bodies in the target schema is already provided by MR [TENE-647]. In addition the rebalancing process for records-processor and records-harvester consume groups has been smoothed
