[TENE-127] [SPIKE] Examin and solve Log4Shell exploit

Recently new log4j exploit was described: CVE-2021-44228. Solution for this exploit is to bump versin of log4j to 2.15.0 what was done remove dependency on log4j as spring-boot provide logback by default.
