[BSAAGR-141] Verify processing statuses and statistics

It turned out that the statistics are correct, during the search for the problem another problem emerged when starting harvests from the schedule, that is, when for example, for a given source there was already a harvest done manually, and then an automatic one was defined, the first automatic harvest took data from the source from the very beginning. It should respect the previous manual harvest. This Merge request fixes the problem.
