[TENE-766] Problems with resumptionToken when retrieving identifiers

This reverts commit c6ec0569, reversing changes made to bd34e82c.

Problems happen with fork xoai, also another problem appeared with date parsing. Base legacy version doesn't have such a problems. Because of that, revert changes that was adding fork xoai. Also found some missing namespaces in certain mappings, so added them. Records processor requires these for xsl transformations.
