[BSAAGR-159] Normalization of the Contributor field in the Semantic Cleaner appends the value without spaces

A change has been made to rules-general.txt in the contributor section, where spaces were introduced before opening parentheses. In this case, the regular expression does not interpret Unicode or ASCII characters, so it is sufficient to provide space directly
