[TENE-940] Enable the exposition of records in the EDM schema

Since we are using an older version of OAI, specifically xoai from DSpace, extending the existing solution poses challenges. The implementations from DSpace are difficult to extend, necessitating the creation of our own classes, which essentially duplicate code. Additionally, incorporating aspects and reflection would have further complicated the solution, so these approaches were not utilized
