[TENE-145] Implement non-OAI enabled sources schema selection

Closes TENE-145

As part of this MR we have changed behavior of schema selection for non-OAI sources. For this purpose we have reused already implemented Exception component and its logic. Also name of after mentioned component was changed to better reflect new, more informative scope - NotificationComponent
