Obtains record from database, transforms using XSLT (prepared in TENE-178) and indexes result in Solr.

Important! In this merge request there is only second part of TENE-177. First - project creation with all dependencies, service drafts, kafka topic and stream, etc. - is already pushed on branch TENE-170 as commit 36b89185. It should be also verified. It was pushed to be a base for all tasks/branches of TENE-170 story.
